Top Tip Easy School Bake Sale Containers

Donating food for the school bake can be daunting when it comes to quality of the baking (we aren't all natural chefs), the container to deliver the goodies in aswell as allergy awareness.



Take the stress out of the baking by choosing a packet mix. Your child can help cook, which is a great learning experience for them and gives them a sense of pride and school spirit when they know they are contributing.

Open the box of packet mix very carefully. Lay the box down, with the ingredients or instruction section of the box facing upwards for easy reference.
Cut around three sides of the top of the box, creating a lid.
Cut off one or two tabs off the lid for easy use, leave one tab in place to help secure the lid.
Reinforce sides with some masking tape and your container is ready to carry your goodies to the school.



The box will have all ingredients clearly listed, which will take care of any allergy concerns for parents or children at the bake sale. They can check the ingredients for themselves at the stall.
