Product Review Manta Phantom Bodyboard

When it comes to bodyboards, parents have a great choice of products to suit every budget.

Since Master 12 spends a lot of time boogie boarding, we have tried a number of different brands and Manta bodyboard is one we keep coming back to. It withstands hours and hours in the ocean and being left out in the sun without falling apart.



I have found that cheaper boogie boards' skin lifts off the core when sitting in the sun for a while and the boards break relatively easily.

The Manta Phantom bodyboard comes in different sizes - 38", 40", 42", 44" and retails for around $140. It is a little wider than most bodyboards, making it easier to control and giving the boarder a more comfortable ride.

One thing to keep in mind when purchasing a Manta board is that you need to buy the leash separately, as it does not come package with the board.
