Petal People

We were given this " - Make Your Own Fairy Kit" by Klutz for Christmas and it has kept us all busy ever since. The package is most appealing with a hard cover book and custom made box attached. Making the individual petal people turned out to be quite fiddly as they are pretty small and I needed to assist at certain stages with the smaller pieces of wire.



Basically, the instructions are super clear and the concept is great for older children (over 8's) however younger children can still thread the petals and beads on and enjoy gluing on some fairy hair. The end result is quite adorable and perfect for anyone into fairy play.

I found it particularly interesting that this product was designed by 13 year old, Rachel Haab, and I reckon she has done a great job too.
