This is the same as the pregnancy today app but it guides you with what’s happening and what is to come with your baby.


The app looks very simple but it helps your baby fall asleep or at least you can start building a routine each night and show baby that the music is his or her introduction to bedtime.




I didn’t know about this one either but it is a life saver!! A white noise is simply a sound that will remind your baby of being in the uterus. This normally soothes your baby and either calms them down or them to fall asleep.
