Pure coconut water is a cholesterol free drink, really low in carbohydrates and naturally sweet. It's contains the lauric acid for anti bacterial that helps in enhancing the immune system and keeps the body safe by fighting diseases. The monolaurin works as an antiviral monoglyceride and has the ability to kill a variety of viruses and bacteria in the body.

Aids digestion; during pregnancy, the placenta produces the hormone progesterone that can slow down the muscle contractions of the stomach and making the digestion becomes slow.The certain forms of dietary fibre in young coconut water can treat some stomach problem like dysentry, indigestion, constipation, intestinal worms, bladder infections and malfunctioning kidneys. It's also natural diuretic to prevent urinary tract infections and kidney stones.

Blood Circulation; poor blood circulation could also caused by diabetes which is create problems like numbness in the feet and leg cramps. Coconut water helps to improve blood circulation and reduces plaque formation to help give relief to these symptoms and prevent woman from having a cramp around leg area during the pregnancy.
