Top Tips - How to Overcome Fussy Eaters

Fussy eating among kids is very common. They have a tendency to prefer chips or other fast foods over their regular meals, or suddenly go off what was once their favorite meal. Considering the impact that poor food choices may have on their health, we should ensure that our little ones have a balanced diet.

Here are few interesting ways to feed our kids so that they maintain an intake of nutritious food and at the same time, enjoy it:

Boil vegetables like carrot, beans and capsicum and mix it with wheat or multi-grain dough. You can make rotis of different shapes which can be served with sauces, dips or cheese.

Home made and healthy roti


Grind dry fruits into a powder which may then be added to a bowl of cereal for their breakfast. You may also add sliced fruits such as an apple or a banana to it.
