Top Tip: Food presentation for fussy eaters

Do you have a fussy eater? Some children prefer food to be simple and not touching on a plate. An easy way to make the food seem more appealing is to serve it in distinct compartments in small serves. You could try an ice cube tray for babies and toddlers or a grown up 'chip and dip' plate for preschoolers. Make the serve in each compartment small so that they don't feel overwhelmed and can feel proud to finish each dish - you can alway refill if they are ready for seconds.
