cardinal games checkers tins

Cardinal Games produces a wholes series of these tin games that often cost less than $10.00 each. These two - Snakes and Ladders and Jumbling Towers - are from the Classic Games selection, which also includes others like Checkers and Bingo.

I think the tins are a great idea and ensure the games are durable and travel well. Other than the Jumbling Towers, most games come in a tin around 27cm by 16.5cm, even though this much space often isn't needed. At first the size isn't an issue, but once you get a few of them your realise that they do take up lot of room.

The games inside are a decent quality and always come with instructions, but the explanation is only ever on a small scrap of paper.

Yes, these ones came from KMart and a local toy store.
These Cardinal Games look a good idea. I'm guessing they are available from Toy World and Toys'R'Us and Big W and K Mart? I'm a bit out of touch with toys but with 6 grand-daughters I'm always glad of the product reviews for toys.
