MUDDYíS PLAYGROUND
Letís start our journey on land at this ginormous playground that is creatively built for every age, from babies to adults. Water play at Muddyís is just the beginning of the many things to do in Cairns. At every turn you will find a water park, water play area or fountain. Toddlers will enjoy stomping in the creeks and shallow waters where they can just sit and splash around in various areas of the park. THE GREAT BARRIER REEF

Sugarworld waterpark in an Australia council-owned community water park, and it's main attractions include fun kid-safe water slides, lagoon pools, and a delicious canteen area. Packing your own lunch is also possible with their many areas of shade to lounge around under.

Some of the best parts are that itís FREE and close to BBQ areas to enjoy a great day out for both parents and children.

As you can see, Cairns is literally filled with fun family attractions. I have only included 5 of them but there are so many more things to do in Cairns. Donít hesitate to take your family out and explore the wonderful areas North Queensland has to offer.
